These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NRG Express LLC website and any logistics or freight services provided. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using this website or requesting services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization. Discontinue use immediately if you do not agree with any portion of these Terms.
NRG Express LLC provides domestic freight transportation and logistics coordination including FTL, LTL, refrigerated transport, flatbed hauling, and expedited delivery. All services are subject to individual service agreements, applicable tariffs, and FMCSA regulations.
As the shipper or consignor, you are solely responsible for:
NRG Express LLC's liability for cargo loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual documented value of the goods or (b) $100,000 USD per shipment, unless additional declared value coverage is agreed upon in writing before tender. NRG Express is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including lost profits or business interruption.
All claims for cargo loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 9 months of the delivery date or scheduled delivery date. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 15 business days of delivery. Failure to provide timely written notice constitutes waiver of any claim.
Invoices are due Net-30 days from invoice date unless alternate terms are established in a signed agreement. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually). NRG Express reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts exceeding 30 days.
NRG Express does not transport without prior written approval: controlled substances, live animals, human remains, currency or negotiable instruments, hazardous materials (Class 1–9 without HAZMAT certification), or any goods illegal under applicable law.
